MatiPay is an innovative mobile payment system that provides offers a frictionless user experience providing an immediate connection between the vending machine and the smartphone app connected with a virtual wallet rechargeable via cash dispenser, Credit Card or PayPal. Matipay was born inside an Engineering and Aerospace Italian company with over €200 mln in turnover. MatiPay electronics can be easily embedded in new and existing automatic distributors, enhancing the real-time telemetry features with a powerful CRM and business intelligence platform to support Vending Operators. At the same time, it provides users with an engaging purchasing experience thanks to promotions, the possibility to transfer their money to other app users and other social features. Matipay manages over 40.000 VMs at present in 5 European countries and has been recently backed by Banca Intesa, one of the main financial players in Europe.
Goals of the job
Our designated Sales and Business Developer will be responsible to transform commercial leads and prospects into clients and support them in day to day activity. Our aim is to become the main player in Spain reaching over 50.000 installments by 2022. We know it is key to build an organization that can support our plan.

Starting from the specific knowledge of the the payment marketplace, and knowing the evolution of the role that Digital and Multichannel play into the marketing mix, the Sales and Business Developer will position the unique value of our solutions portfolio and tailor the best possible project for the specific customers’ needs. He will be in charge of maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction by following every customer project with a consulting approach. The candidate will be based in Madrid but will have to travel in Spain and possibly in South America if needed and will respond to Matipay general manager.
