We are looking for a talented and highly-creative Marketing manager, with a digital background, to oversee the promotion of SITAEL’s business solutions of Vending Business division. You will be in charge of managing the world wide marketing of the whole line of products and services under this division.

As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing brand awareness and communication strategy, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions.

You will also cooperate in developing budgets and expenditures while collaborating with other departments in product development and new concepts definition.

Our ideal candidate has a strong experience in marketing for fintech industry or sectors with a high rate of innovation. You are an outstanding communicator and you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills combined with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

·         Developing a strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.

·         Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

·         Creating promotions

·         Understanding and collaborating the budget development, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

·         Compiling lists describing our organization’s offerings.

·         Developing and managing advertising campaigns.

·         Coordinating company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

·         Building brand awareness and positioning.

·         Developing each marketing campaign from A to Z

·         Researching demand for the Business Unit products and services.

·         Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

·         Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,

·         Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

·         Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

·         Understanding of public relations.

·         Advanced communication skills both in English and Italian. Communication skills in Spanish and French are considered a plus.

·         Ability to quickly adapt to change.

·         ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
